At QVR Hair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unaltered condition. Please ensure all lace remains uncut and the original packaging is intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process

Contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product to begin the return process.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the designated return shipping address.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely package the hair in its original box, ensuring all tags and protective nets are included, then ship the package using a trackable courier service.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
After our quality control team verifies that the hair has not been worn, cut, or dyed, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
